• The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

4. Return Shipping

• If the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival, we cover the return shipping cost.

• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Exchanges
